鹿鸣極日料 – 选用日本进口的珍贵桧木打造本真自然的日式空间

鹿鸣極日料店,名称取自《诗·小雅·鹿鸣》。此诗开头皆以鹿鸣起兴,原形容的情景是君臣之间聚会,因呦呦鹿鸣,而使宴会原本拘谨紧张的气氛变得欢乐轻松。
Lu Ming Ji, a Japanese restaurant, named from “ShiJing·XiaoYa·LuMing”. The poem all begins with the sound of a deer, which originally describes a gathering between the emperor and the minister. Due to the sound of the deer, the formal and tense atmosphere of the banquet becomes happy and relaxed.

鹿鸣極借此意希望到店的贵宾如诗词般惬意及愉快地在此聚会,并且以素雅木质的空间设计体现出鹿鸣極致力营造的典雅氛围。

Space design is fortunate to invite Mr. Shimizu, a Japanese design master, as design consultant and artistic guidance, giving typical Japanese high-end sushi restaurant style.

鹿鸣極空间木材选用日本进口的珍贵桧木,屋顶花格采用传统手工艺打造,墙面运用日本传统墙面漆工艺绘就,射灯灯光亦是樱花的造型效果,无处不体现着精致地道的日本手法和格调风韵。
The wood of Lu Ming Ji spaceis made of precious hinoki wood imported from Japan, the roof grilles are made by traditional handicraft, the walls are painted by Japanese traditional wall painting technology, and the spot light is also the shape effect of cherry blossom, which reflects the exquisite and authentic Japanese technique and style.

鹿鳴極运用顶级寿司店冷藏工艺,并从各地空运新鲜、当季且优选的海鲜食材,采源于自然,融入料理当中,还原本真味道。同时在环境方面尤为重视舒适性、私密性,使用素雅木质的空间材料更呼应了本真自然的经营理念。
Lu Ming Ji uses the refrigeration technology of top sushi restaurants, and air fresh, seasonal and selected seafood ingredients from all over the country, which are collected from nature and integrated into the cuisine to restore the authentic taste. At the same time, in terms of the environment, we pay special attention to comfort and privacy. The use of simple and elegant wooden space materials echoes the business philosophy of the true nature.
